Two accused of commercial burglary in Owego

OWEGO, NY (607NewsNow) – Two people are accused of breaking into a building in the Village of Owego.

Owego Police arrested 40-year-old Lacey Philippi and 31-year-old Michael Stone last week after an investigation into an alleged theft at a business on North Avenue.

Philippi and Stone are each charged with felony burglary and misdemeanor conspiracy. They are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
