TRUMANSBURG, NY (607NewsNow) – Trumansburg Family Medicine is joining Cayuga Health.

The local practice announced the new agreement on July 20.

Officials with Trumansburg Family Medicine say they initiated the partnership with Cayuga Health, which will help ensure that primary care services remain local and accessible for residents of T-Burg and its surrounding communities. Operations will largely be unchanged, with the same locations, providers, and contact information being retained.

The most noticeable change will be in name, as the two locations in Trumansburg and East Hill Plaza will now be called Cayuga Primary Care Trumansburg and Cayuga Primary Care East Hill Plaza. More information is available here.

The change officially takes effect on Monday, August 3, but both offices will be closed that day. They’ll reopen for regular hours on August 4.
