SYRACUSE, NY (607NewsNow) — William Mattar Law Offices has announced the launch of its 2025 Rescue a Shelter Animal Pet Photo Contest, an annual campaign that raises awareness and support for animal shelters and rescue groups across New York State.

The Rescue a Shelter Animal campaign highlights the importance of adoption, fostering, volunteering, and financial support for local shelters.

The submission and voting period runs from 12 p.m. on November 4th through 12 p.m. November 20th. New York State residents can enter by uploading photos of their pets or adoptable animals from shelters or rescues at WilliamMattar.com. After submissions close, all photos will appear in an online gallery where the public can vote for their favorites.

The entry with the most votes will win a $250 e-gift card and choose an eligible New York State shelter or rescue to receive a $1,000 donation from William Mattar, P.C.

“By encouraging people to share their pet photos and rally their community to vote, we celebrate the bond between people and pets and raise more attention and awareness for the numerous rescue groups needing support,” said William Mattar.

Get involved by submitting your pet’s photo or a photo of an adoptable animal during the contest period. Share the contest on social media to help gather votes, and consider donating, volunteering, or fostering to support local shelters.
