Horseheads man charged with predatory sexual assault

HORSEHEADS, NY (607NewsNow) – A Horseheads man awaits his day in court.

On October 8, State Police arrested 29-year-old Kenneth Morales after an investigation into child sexual abuse, which began in August.

Morales is accused of sexually abusing multiple juvenile victims in both Chemung and Schuyler Counties. He was developed as a suspect after forensic interviews at the Chemung County Child Advocacy Center. He was taken into custody without incident.

Morales is charged with felony predatory sexual assault. Morales remains in Schuyler County Jail on $300,000 cash bail.

Troopers say the investigation is ongoing. Anyone who may have had experience with Morales or has relevant information is asked to contact the NYSP at (585) 398-4100.
