Flock Safety violates Ithaca’s sanctuary city status, Sewell says

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — Flock Safety cameras are being more closely looked at by the Ithaca Common Council. 

Alderperson Pat Sewell says a resolution calling for the city to end its relationship with Flock is on the table.

Sewell adds Flock Safety has violated rules in the city.

The resolution under consideration was introduced by Alderperson Robin Trumble. The vote is scheduled during the Common Council’s meeting tomorrow, March 4.
