Cayuga Chamber Orchestra’s Chamber Music Series returns with Poulenc and Chausson

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — The Cayuga Chamber Orchestra’s Chamber Music Series returns with Poulenc and Chausson on Sunday, September 21st at 3:00 p.m. at the First Unitarian Society of Ithaca.

The program will include:

F. Poulnec: Sextet for Piano and Winds

  • Vadim Serebryany (piano), Wendy Mehne (flute), John Lathwell (oboe), Diego Vásquez (clarinet), Dillon Meacham (bassoon), Alexander Shuhan (horn)

Stephan Koncz: A New Satisfaction (feat. Gymnopédie No. 1)

  • Christina Bouey (violin), Will Knuth (violin), Peter Dudek (viola), Rosemary Elliott (cello)

E. Chausson: Concert for Violin, Piano and String Quartet, Op. 21

  • Christina Bouey (violin), Sub (violin), Will Knuth (violin), Peter Dudek (viola), Rosemary Elliott (cello), Yoon Lee (piano)

The 2025-26 Orchestral Series begins on Saturday, October 11th, 2025, with acclaimed Cellist Karen Ouzounian in Northern Lights.
