Sheriff Derek Osborne says deputies received a Flock Safety alert about a Chevrolet Silverado issued by the Rochester Police Department on Tuesday evening. 21-year-old Clayton Stone is accused of trying to flee when confronted by officers on Elmira Road in Ithaca but was blocked by other vehicles. Stone allegedly tried fleeing of foot but was quickly arrested. The Rochester man is charged with the following:

  • Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree (Class E Felony)
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree (Class A Misdemeanor)
