CANDOR, NY (607NewsNow) — The 27th annual Candor Fall Festival, presented by the Candor Chamber of Commerce, is set to bring three full days of fun and community spirit from Friday, October 10 to Sunday, October 12, 2025. With a wide variety of events spread throughout the town, this beloved tradition offers entertainment for all ages.

Festivities kick off Friday evening with a lively Block Party at the Town Hall Pavilion, featuring live music, vendors, a food truck, and the fan-favorite Scarecrow Contest, which runs all weekend. Local businesses and residents will display their creative scarecrows across town for judging.

Saturday is packed with activities including a Pie a’ la Mode Ice Cream Social, an Open House at the Candor History Center, and family-friendly fun at Side Hill Acres Goat Farm, complete with petting zoo and wine tastings. The Pancake Breakfast at Beebe’s Sap House and Valley View Vintage shopping also highlight the day.

Weekend-long events include the Millpond Antiques sale, Iron Kettle Farm Spooktacular, the Serenity Bodyworks Open House, and the Catatonk Valley Woodcarvers Show. Don’t miss the impressive quilt displays and silent auction at the EMS Building.
