1 injured in Ithaca car wreck

ITHACA, NY (607NewsNow) — S. Cayuga St. is back open after a 1-hour closure.

The Ithaca Police Department says a driver in the southbound lane crashed into a parked vehicle and flipped, suffering minor injuries. Both lanes of S. Cayuga were closed starting around 8:20 p.m. last night while officers conducted a preliminary investigation.

IPD has not released the victim’s name or if tickets are being issued.
