ALBANY, N.Y. (WHCU) — Access to an abortion pill remains available, at least until tomorrow.

The US Supreme Court is mulling access to mifepristone, which a Texas judge restricted in a recent lower court ruling. Senator Lea Webb says the fight is not over. Webb is chair of the Women’s Issues Committee.

Governor Kathy Hochul recently began stockpiling the pill, which was approved by the FDA in 2000.

The Supreme Court plans to rule on the issue by tomorrow night.
