OWEGO, N.Y. (WHCU) — Security at Tioga County’s legislative building is getting stronger.

Starting Monday, security guards will greet visitors entering the building. All bags will be checked and visitors must pass through a magnetometer.

Additional security cameras have been installed inside and outside the building on Main Street in Owego.
