OSWEGO COUNTY —  A snow plow scammer accused of ripping off more than 100 people across Ithaca and much of central New York now faces new charges.

ZackoskiAuthorities in Oswego County say they arrested Thomas Zackoski, 28, of
Liverpool Thursday night related to a snow plow scheme he ran around the region.

Zackoski was first arrested in Tompkins County back in December. Authorities said he
advertised plowing services on Craigslist, then would collect as much as 200 dollars for the
work, but would never come back to clear snow.

He faces charges in multiple counties, and in early June, reached a plea deal on
charges brought against him in Onondaga County.

Police say Zackoski operated under multiple business names.
