ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) — Retail shops in downtown Ithaca are continuing to recover from Covid. 

Nan Rohrer at the Downtown Ithaca Alliance says a study will take a closer look at how businesses are doing. 

Rohrer adds the study will also examine national trends in retail. 

Funding for the study is coming from the American Rescue Plan.
