Cortland mayor shining light on victories in 2023

CORTLAND, N.Y. (WHCU) — Cortland is in the grip of tough times, but the city’s leader says there were some victories in 2023. 

Mayor Scott Steve recently looked back on Ithaca’s Morning News.

Steve also cites progress on issues that he calls ‘controversial.’ 

Cortland’s Common Council will vote on the 2024 budget a week from today.
