ITHACA, N.Y. (WHCU) – A boil water advisory for parts of Seneca County.
The Health Department says it applies to a portion of the Border City area including Seeley Road, Lakeshore Drive and going as far north as Serven Road.
A water main brake is responsible for the boil advisory. Officials say harmful microbes may be present in drinking water.
It’s likely the advisory will be in place another 24 to 48 hours.
