Election Day is Tuesday November 3. Here’s more on the races you need to know about, and important information for voters:

In Cortland County, residents will be voting for a number of elected positions. Cortland Mayor Brian Tobin is bidding for re-election, and a three-way race is on for sheriff between Mark Helms, Herb Barnhart, and Rich Berry.
