NEWS: Lou Gramm’s role in the 40th anniversary Foreigner shows will be much bigger than we thought. Lou recently revealed he will make guest appearances in 6 or 7 seven shows and perform “7 or 8” songs with the original lineup.
In 1997, Lou Gramm was diagnosed with a brain tumor. The tumor was benign but the surgery affected his pituitary gland. During his recovery, he gained weight and had issues with his stamina and voice.
Out now is Foreigner’s career-spanning double greatest hits collection, titled Foreigner 40, which includes 40 songs recorded between 1977 and 2017.
