GUIDE TO THE NEW HEALTH CARE EXCHANGES: Enrollment begins tomorrow
(October 1st) for the new health insurance exchanges in each state that have
been created as part of the Affordable Care Act. Surveys have shown that many
Americans are confused about the exchanges and what is being offered. The New
York Times put together a guide with some basic information and where to go
