He has made such a strong impact on the lives of, not only his fans and loved ones, but the entire Central N.Y. community and beyond. There is a certain amount of pride that comes from knowing that Ronnie blossomed as a musician in Cortland. I feel it is extremely important to honor him and keep his memory alive, as well as educate those who are unfamiliar with him and his work, on how special and talented he truly was.”

Dio Day Committee Chair, David Rock Feinstein (Ronnie’s cousin/ former bandmate (Elf), front man of The Rods, and owner of the Hollywood Restaurant in Cortland N.Y.) said “It has been five years since we’ve lost Ronnie.
