Summertime Backyard BBQ Rules


Starting June 22th, 2020 at 9AM, WFIZ/WYXL-HD2/WYXL/WIII/WQNY will be starting the “Summertime Backyard BBQ” online This contest will run until July 31, 2020 at 9AM. Listeners can enter once per day at the above-mentioned station’s websites (literock973.com/i100rocks.com/1037qcountry.com/ 967thevine.com /z955.com)

 

One winner will be chosen at random July 31, 2020 by 12:00PM.

 

 

Truevalue/ Ithaca Agway – Weber spirit 2 grill $379.00

Dryden Agway – Propane tank including fill up and tiki torches -$100.00

Ithaca beer – 3 cases of beer $130.00

Hesselsons -Yeti containers $100.00

CP Cash and Carry – food package $50.00

We will make reasonable efforts to award Prizes within 30 days after winning. We Will contact the Winner Via Phone Number, if no contact can be made after 2 days we will reach out via email.  Prizes will be stored at the Cayuga Radio Group Office for the winner to pick up.

 

Must be 21+ to enter. One entry per day. Submitting more than one entry per day will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. in the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address sued to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these official rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.

 

WQNY/WFIZ/WYXL-HD2/WIII/WYXL contests are open to all eligible New York State Residents 21 or older have not won anything on WQNY/WFIZ/WYXL-HD2/WIII/WYXL in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

 

Employees of WQNY/WFIZ/WYXL-HD2/WIII/WYXL, Cayuga Radio Group, Saga Communications of New England, LLC., and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WQNY/WFIZ/WYXL-HD2/WIII/WYXL main studio are not eligible to win any contest.  Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals for whom the employee is current legal guardian.

This contest is being run concurrently and simultaneously in the Ithaca New York area between radio stations associated with the Cayuga Radio Group and listeners of said stations will be competing against each other for the same prize.
