“Superior Basement Water Control & Remodeling” Sweepstakes Rules


Listeners are invited to register at i100rocks.com, 1037qcountry.com, literock973.com and whcuradio.com from Friday September 7, 2018 at 5AM to Friday September 28, 2018 at 9AM for their chance to win a 50’ Baseboard Water Control System and installation. Listeners are allowed one entry per person and must be 18 years or older to win. Our winner will receive 50’ Baseboard water control system installed valued at $2000. This will be a standard installation with no wall or floor repairs. The installation requires a structurally sound concrete floor, which will be determined in the sole discretion of Superior Basement Water Control & Remodeling. Installation requires the use of an existing sump pump system. If none is available, it can be installed for an additional cost. Listeners can go to i100rocks.com, 1037qcountry.com, literock973.com or whcuradio.com and enter their email address and follow the onscreen prompts to enter. On the final day of the contest we will draw one entrant at random from all qualified entries. Our winner will receive the aforementioned prize from Superior Basement Water Control & Remodeling.

Our winners will be contacted by phone and have their first name/city posted online. If the winner is unreachable after 30 days starting the day of the drawing the prize will be given to the next eligible entrant. Listeners must be 18 years or older to win.

We will make reasonable efforts to award the prize within 30 days after the drawing. Winners names will be sent to our contact at Superior Basement Water Control & Remodeling so both parties can set up/schedule a time to have the prize installed.

Must be 18+ to enter. Max of one entry per person on each participating station. Submitting more than one entry per person on each participating station will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. in the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address sued to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these official rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.

WYXL/WQNY/WIII/WHCU contests are open to all eligible New York and Pennsylvania residents 18 or older have not won anything on WYXL/WQNY/WIII/WHCU in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

Employees of WYXL/WQNY/WIII/WHCU, Cayuga Radio Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communication within a one hundred mile radius of the WYXL/WQNY/WIII/WHCU main studio are not eligible to win any contest. 

No purchase necessary. Prize is not redeemable or transferable for cash. WYXL/WQNY/WIII/WHCU sole responsibility will be to award the prize. WYXL/WQNY/WIII/WHCU shall have no further responsibility if the prize winner for any reason cannot or decides not to use any of the prize. Winner responsible for all applicable federal and state taxes. Fees and incidentals are not included with the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner.

This contest is being run concurrently and simultaneously in Ithaca New York between radio stations associated with the Cayuga Radio Group and listeners of said stations will be competing against each other for the same prize. These rules supersede the rules found on the SecondStreet platform.
