Ithaca woman arrested for driving onto property, damaging items

A 48 year old Ithaca woman is behind bars after allegedly driving onto someone’s property on Peruville Road in Groton Tuesday and purposely damaging personal belongings.

State Police say Ana Pirro drove her car onto the property following a dispute and damaged a picnic table, three chairs, a pool float and other items.

Pirro was taken into custody shortly afterward and charged with criminal mischief and trespassing.

Pirro is in Tompkins County Jail on $4,000 cash bail and an order of protection was issued by Town of Groton Court.
